I am a Certified Professional Coach through the University of California. When my entire world was flipped upside down, I was forced to take an unfiltered look at all the areas of my life that made me unhappy and interfered with my ability to live the life I really wanted to live. With the willingness to explore my own choices and patterns that were creating cycles of unhappiness, came the possibility of being able to create the change that allowed me to take back my life and begin to truly love and embrace my authentic self.
This began a journey of self-discovery that brought me to pursue a passion in the work I do today as a life coach. I have learned to co-create healthy and meaningful relationships, and have had a profound shift in overall attitude and sense of deep optimism and gratitude that I wouldn’t trade for the world.
I am also a veteran of the US Air Force where I served for 7 years as an Intelligence Analyst in Texas, New Mexico, Hawaii, and California. It was one of the most valuable experiences of my life and it gives me unique strengths as a coach. This experience fostered and solidified my ability to embrace life’s challenges and transform them into learning and growth that improve my life and add to my repertoire of strengths, and I lovingly encourage the same type of expansion in my clients.
I am incredibly passionate about working with my fellow veterans as they make the difficult transition back into civilian life and begin to digest the wide range of difficult experiences they have been exposed to. This transition often comes with a loss of identity and purpose which can leave one feeling lost and out of place, making it essential to spend time rediscovering your life’s direction after you’ve received that long-awaited DD Form 214.
Through coaching I aim to help veterans explore the possibilities of their next move, identify what brings them fulfillment, and shed light on the many strengths and skills they gained during their service that can be applied to their future.
I got into life coaching because I am passionate about assisting others in taking this same journey. I want to assist in helping you to create a life based on your own terms, and a foundation of understanding and love for who you are. Together we will sift and sort through your unfiltered and conditioned thoughts, feelings, and those undesirable behaviors that are holding you back from your true alignment.
Our inner environment plays a vital role in how we perceive and interact with our world. By better understanding and learning to work with our inner self, we can create a more meaningful and harmonious experience in our outward lives.
Join me as we work together to create the lifestyle patterns and behaviors that will enable you to become the best version of yourself. Together we will meet and come up with a very specific and personalized roadmap for setting your life on the right track. Your worth it.

I utilize several modalities for coaching: (phone, facetime, in office sessions, at home and in the community as needed.)
I am a firm believer that we can grow and become a better version of ourselves through our many experiences, struggles, and phases of life. I also believe that being vulnerable and honest about those experiences and difficulties can allow others to relate and find peace for themselves, knowing they are not alone in their feelings and challenges. So I created Real Talk to do just that, share my honest and raw experiences and life lessons in the hopes that it will be helpful and meaningful to anyone who may be experiencing something similar in their lives.
