Holistic Approach to Life Coaching Orlando and Therapy
My approach with life coaching is one that encompasses the whole person (spirit, mind and social). This is referred to as holistic therapy. This counseling therapeutic approach is based on the premise that uses techniques to addresses all elements. These include (physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional) aspects.
Holistic therapy strives to seek to understand how all of these facets play into the behaviors, thoughts, and self defeating feelings. These feelings lead to people feeling, depressed, anxious and unmotivated. In therapy I concentrate on the relationship you have with the world, yourself, and those closest to you. Understanding how each are expressed through your feeling, thinking, and state of being.
Life coaching assist you by helping to create balance, over all well-being, success and a sense of peace. Targeting areas that you felt stuck, frustrated and/or cause chronic stress. As your life coach I can help you clarify and pinpoint the various obstacles and blocks that leave you feeling “stuck”. You will set clear and goals to move through them.
The primary role of a life coach is not to be your psychotherapist. This process focuses on moving forward and looking toward the future. Life Coaching does not deal with past childhood issues. It is important to stop and understand why a certain behavior continues to repeat. What narrative or “story” are telling yourself that is negative or self-defeating?
My job as your life coach is to help you to align your life. Assist you to find your true self and personal power and to help you reach and achieve your goals. I want you to find balance, peace and harmony and to live a full and rich life.
